A 60-year-old Belfair man died early Friday morning after driving into the water at the Southworth ferry terminal, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Thomas R. Eisner was driving a gray 2012 Ford Escape eastbound on state Route 160, according to a WSP report.
Eisner reportedly drove at a high speed through a gate that had warning lights activated. He reportedly drove off the dock into the water.
The WSP lists the cause of the accident as failure to yield.
