Central Kitsap Firefighter’s EMT License Suspended Following Charges of Attempted Child Rape

A Kitsap County EMT’s license was suspended this week after he was charged with attempted child rape.

Kevin D. Best, a Central Kitsap firefighter, was charged in Snohomish County with first-degree attempted rape of a child and commercial abuse of a minor, according to a press release from the Washington State Department of Health.
